Receiving and Tracking Unit Owner Inquiries
Unit Owners can contact us either by phone, email or by utilizing the contact forms on our website. In addition to office phones and cellphones, we alsocarry Blackberry devices so that we can respond to electronic inquiries when not in the office.
If a unit owner makes an inquiry or maintenance request, we add the request or inquiry to our electronic database. The database allows us to easily sort, track and update information regarding the request. It also allows us to automatically update the unit owner via email when the request is completed.
If the Board so desires, we can easily create a report of inquiries and requests on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and email that report to the Board. We would be more than happy to provide the Board with a demonstration of our database and its functionality.
