Services
Although we will conform our services to the specific needs and requests of your Condominium Association, we will, at a minimum:
- Answer and respond to all unit owner calls and inquiries
- Collect and deposit all condominium fees and pursue delinquent accounts if necessary;
- Attend board and committee meetings of the Association and unit owners and assist in the preparation of meeting materials including notices of meeting, agendas, proxy forms and ballots;
- Maintain accurate financial records of the Association, including records of all expenses, payments, disbursements and credits;
- Maintain and update copies of all condominium documents and records including but not limited to the Condominium Declaration and Amendments, Bylaws,Meeting Minutes, unit owner correspondence and all other relevant documents
- Assist the Board in soliciting bids from contractors and subcontractors;
- Perform other reasonable activities of a property manager in the regular course of business.
